Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Residential Group Home | Ewing, NJ

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Residential Group Home located in Ewing, NJ .

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing individualized care plans for four residents in a supportive home environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centered care and demonstrates excellent observation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and oversee individualized plans of care.
• Monitor and assess the health status of residents.
• Administer medications for the individuals.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and healthcare providers.
