Description : Henry Ford Health in partnership with Ascension Medical Group is seeking a full-time Cardiology Electrophysiologist to join their dynamic Heart Rhythm Institute team delivering high-quality EP care across metro Detroit Michigan with leadership responsibilities and access to advanced technology teaching opportunities and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.

Job Description :

Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiac electrophysiology services across Henry Ford St. John Hospital Detroit and Henry Ford Warren Hospital WarrenWork Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m. with shared call coverage 2 : 1 ratio with another EP physicianTravel between multiple practice locations as neededPerform procedures including pacemaker and defibrillator implants as well as right- and left-sided ablationsParticipate in inpatient rounding during call weeks at multiple hospitals APP assists with independent rounding at Henry Ford St. John HospitalBuild and manage a patient panel with strong internal referral streams and existing volumeCollaborate with an experienced EP cardiologist APRN cardiovascular thoracic surgeons and a skilled support teamJoin a teaching hospital with over 200 residents and 30 fellows with opportunities to engage in education and mentoringContribute to high-acuity patient care in a Level I Trauma Center with advanced cardiac stroke and neuro-endovascular programUse Cerner EMR system transitioning to Epic in late 2025–early 2026No visa sponsorshipNo 1099 arrangementsCompensation and Benefits :
