Description :

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatric Intensive Care.

The position involves working night shifts.

The nurse will care for patients with a variety of complex health conditions.

Patient diagnoses include congenital cardiac defects, respiratory diseases, and more.

The nurse will frequently manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation.

The nurse will assist in recovery from various surgical procedures.

The ratio of patients to nurses is typically 1 : 2 and may adjust to 1 : 3 for specific patient needs.

Floating to different pediatric specialty areas may be required.

Weekends and holiday shifts are to be expected every other period.

The nurse is responsible for comprehensive patient assessments and care.

Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential for patient management.

The nurse will ensure adherence to infection control practices and safety protocols.
