Location : Tulsa, OK | 1437 South Boulder Ave Suite 170

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM

Reports To : Director-Client Services & Business Strategy

Compensation : Salary (Commensurate with Experience) + Commission

OPVEON Litigation Services provides comprehensive support to law firms and corporate legal teams, offering services such as print and binding, trial technology, courtroom graphics, jury research, and video production. We help attorneys present their cases with clarity and impact, both inside and outside the courtroom.

OPVEON Creative is a division of OPVEON focused on high-impact print, signage, promotional products, and branded merchandise. From business cards to large-scale event displays, we help businesses stand out and make a lasting impression.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll sell both creative marketing solutions and litigation support services.

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is dedicated primarily to new business development across our Creative and Litigation Services divisions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-focused, and passionate about building relationships, generating new client opportunities, and promoting OPVEON's diverse range of high-quality print, creative, and litigation support services.

While this role is centered on new sales acquisition, you'll also provide support for client onboarding and retention during early-stage project execution, helping transition new accounts into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities in legal, corporate, and creative industries
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, networking events, and strategic outreach to build a strong pipeline
  • Present and pitch OPVEON's service offerings with a confident, consultative approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs and objectives
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Establish trust and rapport with potential clients to cultivate long-term relationships
  • Provide light account management during project kickoff to ensure smooth transition into internal teams
  • Maintain detailed sales activity and progress records in CRM software

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with project managers, creative specialists, and litigation support staff to align deliverables
  • Help identify cross-selling opportunities between OC and OP clients
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in business-to-business sales, creative services, or legal support industries
  • Demonstrated success in cold outreach and new client acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilitiesProfessional demeanor with confidence in representing two fast-paced service divisions
  • Tech-savvy and organized, with experience using CRM tools
