CHRISTUS Health is excited to invite a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic Anesthesia Department at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas. Our CRNA Co-Chiefs, with over 15 years of experience at CHRISTUS, are committed to providing mentorship and leadership, ensuring a positive environment for both new graduates and seasoned professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hospital-employed W-2 position at a Level 2 trauma center.

What We Offer :

• Diverse Case Mix : Engage in a variety of cases, including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, eyes, electrophysiology, gastrointestinal, and optional obstetrics (if proficient with epidural and spinal anesthesia).
• State-of-the-Art Equipment : Utilize advanced anesthesia technology, including Digital Mindray Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, GlideScopes, and computerized EPIC charting.
• Flexible Scheduling : Choose from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, with additional 16 & 24-hour shifts available once you’re comfortable in the system.
• No Call Required : Enjoy your time off without the stress of on-call duties.
