Job Title :  Assurance Manager

Company Profile : Boutique CPA firm in Georgetown

Location : Hybrid set up - office in Georgetown, TX

Compensation :   Up to $135k base + 15% annual bonus + profit sharing + full benefits

We're a boutique CPA firm out of Georgetown, TX that's currently looking to add to our audit & assurance team to help support our growing firm.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to review & consult on complex transactions
  • Able to teach / coach team members
  • Project management skillset by coordinating internal & external resources to meet client expectations
  • Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to current clients & demonstrates ability to cross-sell services

Qualifications

  • CPA licensed
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Excellent supervisory & delegation skills
  • Good tenure during professional career
