Salary Range : $110,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Arcadia, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level provider who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Value-Based Care or Managed Care. However, we also welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive patient care through diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Conduct patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management.

Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with compliance standards.

Participate in care coordination efforts, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care.

Qualifications :

Valid and unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain).

National Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

Experience with Value-Based Care or Managed Care preferred; new graduates will be considered.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
