Key Responsibilities

Participate in ticket handling across various channels, ensuring timely responses

Research customer trends and contribute to resolving complex issues

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in Customer Support or related fields

General high school degree or equivalent

Positive attitude towards customer communication and teamwork

Basic analysis skills to identify trends and themes

Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
