Job Description - Senior Mobile Advisor - St. Charles, MO (250663)

This role is about building relationships with guests and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. The wage for this position is between $19.75 - $21.00 / hour plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full-time, with a schedule typically ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week.

This role is located in St. Charles, Missouri.

• Relationship Builder – Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership. Be an active listener, solution-finder, and conversation initiator.
• Product and Services Expert – You will receive training on our products and services and translate technology into real-world conversations. You will explain concepts clearly and participate in meetings and training to stay informed.
• Obstacle Remover – Make decisions to help customers get what they need and ensure the team has tools and resources. Handle escalations, exceptions, or technology issues with knowledge and a solution-focused approach.
