Location : Omaha, NE preferred - Regional travel required (up to 75%)

Are you a proven leader in senior living operations with a passion for driving results, mentoring leaders, and ensuring excellence across multiple communities? We’re seeking an experienced Senior Regional Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of communities and guide them toward success in compliance, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support Executive Directors across your region to ensure operational and financial success.
• Assist in mentoring, training & onboarding the Regional Director of Ops
• Drive performance in occupancy, staff satisfaction, customer satisfaction, compliance, and financial well-being.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen operational systems, processes, and infrastructure.
• Provide timely reporting, strategic guidance, and hands-on support at communities—including during acquisitions, openings, and leadership transitions.
• Serve as a visible, accountable leader who embodies our mission, vision, and core values.
• Able to quickly assess challenges and make decisions for correction, then execute on the plan effectively.
