Key Responsibilities
Prepare site-specific configurations for POS Server Migration at retail locations
Install, configure, and test software upgrades with on-site tech and staff
Troubleshoot configuration, hardware, and software issues related to the migration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent preferred
2-4 years of experience in IT-related positions
1-2 years of experience in hardware and software support roles
Experience with Windows Server 2019 and remote software deployments
Familiarity with Python and PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
