Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a compassionate and experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in Mount Sterling, KY. The right nurse will be detail-oriented, confident in OASIS charting with 24-hour turnaround, and fluent in Homecare Homebase. This is a great opportunity to serve patients in a supportive rural community. Locals and travelers accepted.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform patient assessments and skilled nursing visits in the home

Ensure accurate and timely documentation with OASIS (within 24 hours)

Utilize Homecare Homebase for charting and compliance

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians

Monitor patient status and provide education to families

Qualifications :

Current KY RN license

Two years of recent home health RN experience

Strong OASIS proficiency with 24-hour turnaround

Required experience with Homecare Homebase

Drivers license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

Able to meet all onboarding, drug screen, and Joint Commission standards
