We’re seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to help design, build, and maintain the infrastructure powering our conversational AI platform. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of AI experts, front-end developers, and product managers to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient back-end solutions tailored to the healthcare industry’s unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain robust, scalable APIs and microservices to support conversational AI workflows.
• Optimize back-end systems for high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure secure and compliant integration with healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs, scheduling systems) while adhering to industry standards like HIPAA and FHIR.
• Collaborate with the AI team to deploy and manage NLP models in production environments.
• Lead the design and implementation of database schemas and data pipelines for structured and unstructured healthcare data.
• Build CI / CD pipelines to streamline deployment and ensure high availability of back-end services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex back-end issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and implementing emerging technologies that drive innovation.
