RECEIVING AND INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

Pay : $21

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 6am - 2 : 30pm (days off Sun and Mon)

Location : Clackamas Oregon

Company Overview :

A local well-known bottling company in Clackamas looking for an experienced Material Handler Receiving on Day shift and swing shift to add to their growing team! The Material Handler is responsible for accurately entering all required receiving information into the existing ERP system accurately moves materials both physically and in the existing ERP system to ensure location accuracy and also stages materials for the batching department in preparation for upcoming production jobs.

Key Responsibilities :

Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material.

Examine material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specifications.

Arranges in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.

Compile andmaintain manual or computerized records such as material inventory in process production reports and status and location of materials.

Moves or transports materials from one department to another. Arranges for repair and assembly of material or part.

Monitors and controls movement of material.

Qualifications :

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Communicate effectively to work across teams and departments to accomplish goals and objectives.

Math Skills the ability to add subtract multiply

HighSchool Diploma or equivalent is required

1 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on receiving

1 years of ERP experience

1 years if experience operating a forklift is required
