Job Title : Information Technology - Business Analyst (IT) - Expert

Defines business / system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues. Participates in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation. Analyzes current processes and recommends solutions and improved processes. May also oversee the acquisition, analysis and dissemination of subject matter knowledge. Provides technical and business knowledge to clients. Keeps abreast of technological and competitive developments. Conducts research on industry practices and standards and other benchmarking data. Codes and maintains business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications. Experience in the analysis and testing phases in the development cycle. In addition having experience of 6+ years.

S / w skills - Proficient in Excel and JIRA.

Other MUST have skills - Analytical mind to be able to translate business requirements to system requirements into Agile Stories, excellent communication skills, Logical thinking to break a larger problem into smaller ones to address them from a requirements perspective

Enthusiastic and proactive, having contributed as BA in fast paced project, multi-cultural and geo diverse team

8-10 years of BA experience and technical mind set ( perhaps developer or product owner experience)

Architecture Review Board platform

Phone / Zoom interviews and final will be in-person

8-5 but longer hrs may be possible with comp off

Primarily on-site with option of hybrid at a later time

6 months for now

On the job training of the project but expected to have BA skills, JIRA skills, Excel skills, communication skills etc.

Working with Dev team, Product owner of various systems
