Senior Applications Consultant - Content Strategist

Location : Prefer Philly but open to other locations as long as working in EST time zone

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Content Migration
• Audit and inventory existing Sitecore content
• Define migration criteria and mapping for AEM components / templates
• Oversee execution, ensuring SEO, accessibility, and metadata integrity
• Elevate Content Strategy
• Develop content goals, KPIs, and messaging frameworks
• Conduct content audits and gap analyses to inform roadmap and editorial planning
• Governance & Enablement
• Establish authoring workflows, style guidelines, and governance standards
• Deliver training and adoption plans for content authors
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Product, UX, SEO, Analytics, and Engineering teams
• Align content with personalization and measurement strategies
• Measure & Optimize
• Define KPIs for engagement and conversion
• Build dashboards and drive continuous improvement initiatives
