Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Manager for our Washington, DC office someone who can guide our caregivers and clinicians with wisdom, warmth, and accountability.

This role is not just about overseeing operations; it’s about making sure every patient feels cared for, every family feels supported, and every team member feels valued. What You’ll Do

  • Lead with compassion—supporting, coaching, and empowering a team of nurses, therapists, and aides.
  • Ensure that every care plan is more than paperwork; it’s a roadmap to dignity, comfort, and healing for each patient.
  • Partner with families and physicians to provide continuity of care that truly makes a difference.
  • Create an atmosphere where staff feel encouraged, equipped, and appreciated.
  • Uphold excellence by ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines while never losing sight of the human touch.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen our programs and services, knowing your voice matters.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the District of Columbia.
  • 2–3 years of experience in home health, clinical leadership, or case management.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare / Medicaid guidelines and home health regulations.
  • A leader who balances accountability with encouragement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills—someone who can listen as well as lead.
  • Comfort with electronic medical records and standard office tools.
