Office Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to supplement our practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, while communicating with patients and our clinician. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks including clear, legible handwriting.
Duties
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Work with confidential medical records
- Communicate effectively with clients, clinicians, and vendors including e-mails and faxing
- Handle accounts receivables
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Receive, review, and pay incoming bills (accounts payables)
- Manage electronic health insurance claims
