  • Strong understanding of healthcare benefits, HDHP / HSA plans, and employer-sponsored health programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a field-based schedule with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with small business owners, brokers, or third-party administrators (TPAs).
  • Familiarity with Direct Primary Care, concierge medicine, or value-based healthcare models.

  • Base salary : $60,000-$70,000 + uncapped commission potential.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Mileage reimbursement for business travel.
  • Paid time off and company-sponsored training.
  • Opportunity to join a mission-driven organization improving access to affordable, high-quality healthcare.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Field-based position with frequent travel across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
