Job Title : Weekend Manufacturing Lead (Day Shift)

Location : Pittston, PA

Shift : Saturday-Wednesday | 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Pay : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Seeking a dependable and experienced Manufacturing Lead to oversee our overnight production team. This position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to maintain productivity and safety standards during the weekend shift.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and guide production team members during the weekend shift
• Ensure production targets, safety procedures, and quality standards are met
• Provide on-the-job training and support for team members
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain workflow
• Document shift performance, attendance, and productivity
