Key Responsibilities

Own and provide high-quality support for incoming customer issues, including escalated tickets

Interpret customer needs into actionable product insights and improve product satisfaction

Collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer experience and contribute to internal knowledge

Required Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Available to work West Coast hours (9 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 PM PT)

3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS companies

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently

Curious and critical thinker with proactive problem-solving skills
