Partner Marketing Manager

Half the world still lacks access to essential health services, and even in the most advanced systems, outcomes remain uneven while clinicians face mounting pressure. Every inefficiency and preventable error represents a chance to do better : to save lives, restore time to clinicians, and rebuild trust in healthcare. Medical knowledge is doubling every few months, but the supply of expertise cannot keep pace.

By embedding our platform into the applications and workflows that clinicians and patients rely on, we help eliminate unnecessary administration, prevent diagnostic mistakes, and make healthcare more affordable, accessible, and ultimately more human again.

We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to turn strategic partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes. You'll own field enablement and joint marketing execution with our enterprise partnersbuilding pipeline, accelerating co-sell, and scaling impact through repeatable plays. This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role for a builder who thrives in fast-moving environments.

What you'll do :

  • Build the partner marketing playbook
  • Develop scalable co-marketing plans, campaigns, and enablement materials.
  • Create partner-specific annual marketing plans with Partner Managers and Sales leadership.
  • Create a joint marketing calendar ensuring consistent field presence and brand alignment.
  • Define metrics and a recurring review cadence for partner pipeline and ROI.
  • Execute field campaigns that create pipeline
  • Run joint campaigns and events (webinars, case studies, customer councils, videos) to activate partner customer bases.
  • Coordinate co-branded content, customer spotlights, and launch announcements with each partner.
  • Drive cross-partner initiatives (e.g., medical device webinars, vertical programs) to scale awareness across the ecosystem.
  • Build and distribute sales-enablement assets for partners' field teams.
  • Enable partners and deepen alignment
  • Align messaging, goals, and campaign participation with partner commercial stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance and turnkey templates so partners can self-serve and scale execution.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Corti and partner organizations.

  • What you'll bring :

  • 38 years in B2B or channel marketing (ideally SaaS, health tech, or enterprise software)
  • Proven experience building co-marketing programs with strategic partners or resellers
  • Full-funnel campaign ownership : messaging, execution, measurement
  • Highly collaborative and commercially minded; can influence without direct authority
  • Hands-on, energetic operator who enjoys building in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to have :

  • Experience in marketing with / through global SIs, ISVs, or device partners
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, compliance, and go-to-market nuances
  • Strong marketing ops chops (e.g., HubSpot / Marketo, Salesforce, attribution)
  • Content development experience (landing pages, email nurtures, webinars, video)
