Position Overview :

The Maintenance and Reliability Technician will be responsible for performing technical maintenance and repairs on swine facility equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems mechanical systems and general facility maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively within a team to ensure the smooth operation of swine production processes. The ideal candidate will also suggest process improvements using data supported decision making.
