Practice Highlights

• Spine (Philly market); initial base compensation (3-year term) $725K - $825K for BE / BC fellowship-trained spine surgeon beginning a career with additional productivity incentive (w / RVU) and inclusive of medical directorship (build / lead spine program)
• Dual-trained Open / Endo Vascular (Atlantic City and / or Philly market); initial base comp (3-year term) $600K - $700K for BE / BC fellowship-trained vascular neurosurgeon beginning career with additional productivity incentive (w / RVU)
• Functional (Atlantic City and / or Philly market); initial base comp (3-year term) $600K - $700K for BE / BC fellowship-trained functional neurosurgeons beginning careers with additional productivity incentive (w / RVU); medical directorship opportunity (stereotactic and functional) with additional stipend.
