Weve been exclusively retained by a fast-growing boutique law firm on Fifth Avenue in New York City. Known for winning complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy cases for high-profile clients, this firm combines elite strategy with a lean, collaborative team structure.

Theyre now seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to take the lead on high-stakes matters, mentor junior attorneys, and bring firepower to a litigation team thats built for speed, precision, and impact.

Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of experience in commercial litigation
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in New York State
  • Admission to the New York Federal Court (EDNY / SDNY)
  • Proven experience handling complex business disputes
  • Strong writing, research, and case strategy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and mentor junior attorneys
  • Trial experience preferred; must be courtroom-ready

    • Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney Preferred Background :

  • Experience in business bankruptcy or financial restructuring litigation
  • Prior work at a litigation boutique or Am Law firm
  • Strong deposition and motion practice experience
  • Ability to lead case strategy sessions and manage litigation teams
  • Interest in contributing to firm growth and client development
  • Grit, presence, and a solutions-first mindset
