We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Field Technician to join our team and assist with exciting installation and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities :

Installation and Physical Tasks

Assist in the installation, removal, and adjustment of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.

Carefully run and dress copper and fiber optic cables with attention to detail.

Participate in setting up essential racking and equipment.

Testing and Verification

Support lead verification and continuity testing on cables and connections to ensure reliability.

Conduct basic network cable testing to verify optimal performance.

Tools and Safety

Efficiently and safely utilize a variety of hand and power tools.

Strictly adhere to safety policies and OSHA regulations to foster a safe working environment.

Work Area Management

Maintain clean and organized work areas to enhance efficiency.

Assist in site preparation and restoration, including proper waste disposal management.

Collaboration and Documentation

Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and customers to achieve common goals.

Document on-site job details and maintain effective administrative records.

Skills Required :

Mechanical Aptitude : Competent use of hand and power tools in a safe manner.

Manual Dexterity : High attention to detail in cable installations and related tasks.

Basic Knowledge : Understanding of telecom tools and installation methods.

Teamwork : Strong capability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.

Physical Stamina : Capacity to lift objects and work at heights on ladders and cable racks.

Reliability : Proven work ethic characterized by punctuality and dependability.
