Travel PET / CT Technologist Grass Valley & Red Bluff, CA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced PET / CT Technologist for a travel assignment covering Grass Valley and Red Bluff, CA. This role offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology.

Assignment Details :

  • Location : Grass Valley, CA & Red Bluff, CA
  • Contract Length : Minimum of 8 weeks, with option to extend
  • Schedule : Three 10-hour days per week
  • Wednesdays & Thursdays : Grass Valley, CA
  • Fridays : Red Bluff, CA

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine or Radiologic Technology program
  • Certification / Licensure : NMTCB or ARRT(N) with PET / CT specialty preferred
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • Previous PET / CT imaging experience required
  • Ability to perform high-quality PET and CT imaging while adhering to safety and ALARA principles

    • Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform PET and CT scans according to protocol to produce diagnostic-quality images
  • Prepare radiopharmaceuticals and administer per policy
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with imaging procedures
  • Maintain equipment and perform quality control checks
  • Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient care
