Full-Time Day Shift Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA)

🏡 Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and transfers
  
  
• Provide companionship and assist with errands, appointments, and daily activities
  
  
• Perform meal preparation and light housekeeping
  
  
• Support active and passive mobility exercises per the plan of care
  
  
• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
  
  

✅ Qualifications

• Valid CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in good standing
  
  
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience
  
  
• Current CPR certification and negative TB test or chest X-ray
  
  
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation
  
  
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
  
  
• Strong English communication skills
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with client mobility
  
  
• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or Personal Care Aide strongly preferred
