About this position :

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Certified / Board Eligible)
Opportunity to inherit a strong panel with a diverse patient population
Collegial Practice with solid APP Support
32-36 Patient Hours / Week
16-18ppd with light, shared call responsibilities
Seamlessly refer patients internally to specialists within Foundation Medical Partners 330+ strong physician-led group ensuring continuity of care
EMR : EPIC
