Summary
Thefloatprogramsupervisorisresponsible forthe daily operations ofanAfterSchoolprogramand summer day camp.Locations may vary throughout the year.This individual willbe responsible forfilling invacantAfterSchool and summer day camp positions.Responsibilities include lesson planning for children in grades K-5, managingstaff,purchasingprogram materials, managing a monthly budget, and ensuring program quality standards are met. This individualis also responsible foradditionaladministrative tasksand qualityimprovement projectsas time allows.
Duties
Hours Pay :
Year-round, up to$21perhour , pay is based on education and experience
40 hoursper week, Monday throughFriday|Program hours vary byseason andassignedlocation
Location :
This is a hybrid position with the option to work from home or Wisconsin Youth Company’s co-working office. Additionally, the individual wouldworkin-personat anAfterSchoolprogram eachafternoonin Madison,Waunakee,or Middletonduring the school year. During the summer months, this individual wouldworkin-personeach day at a summer day campin Madison,Verona,or Waunakee.
