A company is looking for a Referral Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for Ambulatory services, procedures, and medications
Obtain prior authorizations, schedule patients, and manage inbound and outbound phone calls
Communicate with patients via online chat and consider applicants for hybrid or remote positions
Required Qualifications
Minimum : High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work autonomously and maintain punctuality
Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Provides excellent customer service and manages difficult situations effectively
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
