Client Technician – New Jersey

As a Client Technician, you will serve as the dedicated Vitalacy product expert and technician for a healthcare client in New Jersey. This role blends device maintenance, operations and technical support to ensure long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule and conduct regular on-site visits to provide continuing support, including :
  • IT coordination
  • Bluetooth device calibration
  • Signal audits and backend map placements
  • Device installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Partner with facility EVS and engineering teams to coordinate access, replacements, and equipment needs.
  • Provide timely on-site or remote troubleshooting support.
  • Handle hardware replacement and setup as needed (e.g., dispenser sensors, beacons, SmartBand devices).
  • Provide regular updates and participate in scheduled check-ins with the Technician Manager and the broader Operations team.
  • Travel within a 50-mile radius by car, with flexibility for occasional air travel as required.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in technical support in the healthcare technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with IoT devices, Bluetooth, WIFI and hardware installation highly preferred.
  • Technical aptitude for managing devices, software, and troubleshooting processes.
  • High attention to detail
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently within the region and adapt to client needs.
  • Travel up to 70%

    Salary : $65 - $75K DOE
