Job Description :
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a focus on cold calling and managing inbound requests to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, setting appointments, and driving sales growth. This role is critical in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
Qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels and respond promptly to inquiries.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SDR or similar role, particularly within the SaaS sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate sourcing via LinkedIn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Prior experience in developing and executing LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
