The HVAC Project Manager / Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Lead will be joining a well-established commercial HVAC contractor with over 50 years in the industry and now entering a modern growth phase.

An ideal HVAC Project Manager / Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Lead will be a tech-forward HVAC Project Manager to oversee 515 commercial construction projects ranging from $50K$2M.

The HVAC Project Manager / Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Lead will be supporting the companys transition into its next era of operational excellence.

Salary & Location : Location : Miami FL

Salary : $100000 to start performance-based growth

HVAC Project Manager / Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Lead Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects simultaneously
• Lead scheduling field operations subcontractor coordination and GC communications
• Oversee submittals and manage outsourced shop drawings
• Handle procurement processes safety collaboration and project closeout
• Drive projects to stay under budget while improving overall profitability
• Support estimating activities as needed
