Job descriptionRepresent clients in business and employment immigration matters before USCIS, the Department of State, and other government agencies. Draft and review petitions, applications, and supporting documentation for visas such as L-1, E-2, EB-5, EB-2 NIW, O-1, H-1B, and PERM . Conduct client consultations, develop legal strategies, and provide consistent case updates. Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals on complex immigration matters. Remain current on U.S. immigration laws, policy updates, and compliance requirements. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school. Admission to at least one U.S. state bar. Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). 1+ years of experience in immigration law, particularly business or employment-based cases (PERM experience preferred). Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
