Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate claim resolution through thorough investigations and balanced solutions for all stakeholders

Communicate with customers and vendors to understand concerns and maintain positive relationships

Required Qualifications :

3-5 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years focused on complex escalations

1 year of experience in a two-sided marketplace

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
