About The Position

Sun River Health -

Full Time
specific : 36 hours required for full-time work. Typical clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 30AM - 5PM. Some sites may be upon until 8PM and open weekends.

Sign-On Bonus : $10000

Compensation : Compensation is determined based on experience, hours worked, and location. Potential range from $237k-$256k., based on a 40 / hour work week.

$10,000 sign-on bonus (site specific)

Additional Info : Work with the largest FQHC in all of New York with multiple sites available in Long Island and Suffolk County : Wydranch, Patchogue, Brentwood, Shirley, Coram, Riverhead, Southampton, and Greenport.
