Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desired. At least 3 years of experience in IT. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Property Management / Hospitality applications, such as Radiant and / or RMS. POS applications, such as Aloha. Experience with Windows Server, SQL, and Accounting applications. 8 hour shift Weekend availability Overtime Holidays Employee discount

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, IT Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to help drive our business forward. NOTE : This is a hardware-related role, not programming / software.
Responsibilities :
- Perform the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing work order tickets and external vendors.
- Maintain our network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of our IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
- Ensure the proper function of our POS system, PMS system, and telecommunications systems.
- Maintain cybersecurity measures to protect our systems and data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for technological improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
