We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Individual Retirement Annuity Product organization. This individual will act as a utility player supporting our Product Distribution Support area. This person will support firm / product / feature onboardings (including on FinTech platforms), product rollouts / changes, and coordination of process automation and integration for distribution partners. This Sr. Product Manager will partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and timely onboardings and product changes that support our distribution partner firms, customers, and sales objectives. The Sr. Product Manager will seek opportunities to streamline processes, optimize efficiencies, reduce manual workloads, increase / enhance the client digital experience, and minimize operational risk. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a transformational mindset and technology-leaning approach.
Responsibilities
Product Onboardings :Lead and coordinate firm onboardings, and product launches, with a focus on the broker / dealer, bank, advisory, Independent Marketing Organization (IMO), and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) channelsCollaborate with impacted teams and provide prompt responses to all inquiries so that onboardings stay on scheduleManage updates to all tracking reports for onboardings so that management can easily track project status and capacity (including on Jira / Confluence and Power BI)Consider the client digital experience for all firm onboardings and product / feature rolloutsRate Communications and Automation :Develop knowledge of our automation / robotics processes for rate changesAct as a liaison between Product Management and the Robotics team by coordinating tool updates / maintenance / enhancements, and troubleshooting issuesRecommend ways to modernize and expand our automation capabilities into more areas (e.g., changes to crediting rates, living benefit feature rates, contract & state minimums, and rates supported on the Company's website)FinTech & Distribution Partner Support :Manage FinTech platform onboardings and coordinate with impacted teams to meet timeliness and accuracy standards, and distribution partner requirementsLead projects and provide business expertise to update products, features, and rates on FinTech platformsSupport our strategic partners by ensuring goals and objectives are aligned and special requests are attentively addressed as they relate to the products and services we provide. That includes having a general understanding of firm preferences and any third party interfaces used to electronically submit applications or promote our suite of products.Skills and Qualifications

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Corebridge also offers a range of competitive benefits as part of the total compensation package, as detailed below.
Work Location
This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Houston, TX or Woodland Hills, CA office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
