We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our TEAM! We are seeking individuals who are not only passionate about helping children grow, but also brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism to their role. Hours of Operation

Leap Ahead provides services at our clinic, homes, and schools during the following hours :

  • Monday – Friday : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

RBTs will work a schedule based on client availability and recommended treatment hours. Some flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, and school
  • Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA / BCaBA
  • Accurately collect and record data on client progress
  • Implement behavior reduction strategies when needed
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with families and team members
  • Attend supervision and training sessions as required
  • Uphold client dignity, confidentiality, and ethical standards
  • Maintain active RBT certification and adhere to BACB guidelines
  • Qualifications Required :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active RBT certification (BACB)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to be physically active (play, bend, sit on floor, lift up to 25 lbs)
  • Preferred :

  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
