As the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for Perioperative Services , you’ll provide both clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level—supporting your team through mentorship, performance management, scheduling, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality surgical care. This state-of-the-art facility provides comprehensive coverage from routine procedures to complex surgeries. The ANM will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, fostering collaboration among surgical teams, and supporting Novant Health’s commitment to remarkable patient outcomes. Preferred Skill Sets : Background in perioperative services OR experience required Leadership experience highly preferred Familiarity with EMR systems (preferably Epic) Excellent communication and team-building abilities This is an exciting opportunity to lead within a great hospital, empowering a skilled surgical team and driving excellence in patient-centered care❗ What We're Looking For : Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience : Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. Licensure / Certification : Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit / Dept Specific Required Certifications Additional Skills (required) : Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
