Dates of Assignment : starting the week of 9 / 21 one week on one week off open ended

Details / Requirements :

• Monday-Friday, 8-hour day
• 24 / 7 call is required during the working week, but call-back is very light
• The position is 99% supervision
• Case mix : general bread-and-butter, ortho, GYN, and urology
• Facility has 6 ORs and 131 beds
• Team consists of 1 physician and 6 CRNAs 2 work independently while the physician supervises the other 4.
• Active Alabama license
