Sr. National Supply Chain Analyst - Chantilly, VA
The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst is to ensure that the laboratories can maintain seamless operations, meet testing demands, and minimize costs by providing an efficient and reliable flow of materials and supplies to the laboratory from suppliers and distribution centers. This role will focus on managing the inventory and analytical needs of our distribution centers, while also supporting freight analysis across all labs to identify opportunities for reducing freight costs and improving efficiency. This role directly supports the laboratories' ability to deliver timely and accurate test results to patients and healthcare providers.
Pay Range : $68,200+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
Manage the National Supply Chain Freight Analytics which includes monthly reporting of our inbound and outbound freight. Collaborate with business units, Suppliers, and cross functional business partners to identify and execute freight savings opportunities.Collect, analyze and interpret large amounts of data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvementMonitor and analyze inventory and determine optimal levels to prevent shortages or overages of testing suppliesUtilize data analytics tools to monitor inventory trends, consumption patterns, and supply chain performance metricsUse data to forecast supply needs and identify cost-savings opportunities across the supply chainPrepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to leadershipParticipate in monthly reviews of inventory and other audit related controls throughout the yearWork with internal team such as operations, procurement, laboratory teams and finance to align supply chain strategies with organizational goalsIdentify areas of improvement in inventory processes and supply chain workflowsManage inventory during supply chain disruptions, including sourcing alternatives and developing contingency plans and strategiesAnalyze and optimize freight costs by identifying cost savings opportunitiesDevelop and maintain freight reporting dashboardsProvide support for new product launches or changes in testing that affect inventory requirementsParticipate in and / or lead cross functional projects to achieve organizational goalsQualifications
Required Work Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Materials, Warehousing, Purchasing, Operations or equivalentFamiliarity with supply chain softwarePreferred Work Experience :
2-3 years working in healthcare or diagnostic testingExperience in data visualization and reporting tools (ex. Tableau, PowerBI)Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience, specifically ExcelAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large, complex data and drive actionable decisionsCapacity to address complex challenges with innovative solutionsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrentlyCommunicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong collaboration with internal teams and external suppliersAbility to lead project teams and improvement activitiesPhysical and Mental Requirements :
