Our Compensation will be discussed in detail with Mary Keller, our Regional Manager during the interview process, to include commission, residual commission, bonuses, and stock.

We offer top-notch benefits including a stock bonus program, bonus rewards, exotic trips, and contests. You will have a bonus potential in first 3 months of working with us.

No experience necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided via our Aflac Sales Academy, a world-class training program, and we pay for your training courses prior to being licensed.
