About Us :

Join us at Miriam West Village, the third installation of the popular Miriam Restaurant, brought to you by renowned chef / owner Rafael Hasid. We are excited to invite talented individuals to be part of our brand new restaurant, where passion meets innovation in every dish.

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team. If you have a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and are eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
  • Assist in stock rotation.
  • Follow recipes and portion controls to minimize waste and ensure consistency.
  • Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus.
  • Compensation :

    Hourly pay between $18 - $25, commensurate with experience. Full-time positions available.
