Location : Illinois (Hybrid or Remote)

Compensation : Base or draw $40,000–$50,000 + 40–60% new commission, 20–30% renewal

You bring :

Active P&C license (Life / Health optional).

2+ years of agency experience with solid sales history.

Grit, reliability, and strong client communication skills.
