Daily documentation Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician Notify pharmacy of new orders. Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license Long term care experience preferred but not required
