End-User Computing Engineer

We’re looking for an End-User Computing Engineer to join our global Information Technology team. In this position, you’ll play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing technology operations across all business units. You’ll provide direct support to traders, executives, and research professionals in a dynamic, high-stakes environment—resolving issues proactively and managing IT systems that drive productivity at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and market data issues promptly
• Manage user onboarding / offboarding, permissions, and account administration
• Support audio / visual systems and conferencing technologies (Zoom, Teams, Cisco)
• Assist with mobile device configuration and management via Intune or similar platforms
• Maintain and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) for secure remote access
• Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to log, track, and resolve support requests
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for recurring issues and procedures
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements
• Provide

after-hours and weekend on-call support as part of a rotation
