• Work DAYS ONLY with a consistent 7-on, 7-off schedule, offering built-in time to recharge.
• Consistently manageable volumes and time to work at a pace that focuses on quality, meaningful care.
• Offering $364k base salary for 182 shifts per year. Quality bonus and productivity bonus eligibility are in addition to base compensation.
• Day rounding includes Rapid Response and Code Blues. Procedural skills are preferred, but at a minimum
