The opportunity Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) helps enterprises unlock the full potential of their Adobe investments by pairing industry-leading technology with deep expertise, proven methodologies, and customer success programs. The Emerging Solutions team plays a critical role in ACS's success by incubating high-potential ideas and accelerating innovation-partnering across functions to validate new concepts before they scale or transition to the core product portfolio. As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Analyst intern, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Adobe's next-generation offerings. You'll work on fast-paced, exploratory initiatives that require strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias toward action. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and wants to make a tangible impact on Adobe's future. All 2026 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and / or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.
What you'll do :
Opportunity Identification and Execution : Identify and prioritize growth opportunities (e.g., market segments, product strategies, go-to-market models), and help design and test programs to capitalize on them.
Structured Problem Solving : Apply structured thinking to navigate ambiguous challenges, distilling complexity into clear strategies and execution plans.
Incubation and Experimentation : Rapidly incubate new concepts and ideas sourced form cross-functional teams, designing experiments to validate direction quickly before full development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, product marketing, sales, operations, delivery, and leadership teams to co-develop and executive strategic initiatives.
Surface Data-Driven Insights : Build business models and leverage data to uncover trends, generate insights, and recommend impactful actions for growth.
Strategic and Operational Analysis : Analyze business performance and operational processes to identify opportunities that drive Adobe's growth and efficiency.
What you need to succeed :
Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's program with an expected graduation date of December 2026- June 2027.
Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September 2026.
Ability to understand and contextualize emerging business opportunities, framing them within broader strategic goals and market dynamics.
Skilled at shaping early-stage ideas into testable hypotheses, iterating quickly based on feedback and experimentation to refine direction.
Capable of distilling complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
